Chibang in Seattle

Stopped in here on our way to MoPop for grab a warm drink because it was raining pretty hard and we were soaked. We entered the pretty empty bar.  It was about 2 in the afternoon.  We weren't sure how service went, so we picked a table.  The bartender was busy behind the counter and barely gave us a look.  We perused the drink menu and after a few minutes, I went up to the bar to ask how drinks were ordered.  Bartender says, "anyway you want.  You can do it here or I can come to your table."  Sat back down and after a few more minutes, he never came to the table, so I ordered at the bar.  The first drink I wanted was a simple Irish coffee.  Not available here.  In fact, no hot alcoholic drinks at all.  We settled on a couple shots of whiskey, paid our tab and left. Very unimpressive, service was terrible and the overall vibe was not good.  It's a great place to run into to get out of the rain, but don't expect too much here.

Sat at the bar for lunch and the bartender recommended the Bumi...it was delish...full of flavor and not too much sauce that would normally cover the flavor of the food. I noticed that they didn't have a picture of the menu posted yet so hopefully this helps. BTW...the kimchi hear tastes like spaghetti sauce...

Great bar and strong drinks! The bartender, did not catch name, white guy with a beard...awesome guy and knows his trade.
