Ordered and Paid for delivery: Charged for food and service we never received and than got a call from someone nearly 2 hours later who didn't even offer an apology. Than stated a refund won't be issued for a week (I had to ask for the refund, as if it was ok to charged $42 and get zero service), while their website remains up & taking orders for a store thats closed with no one to answer the phone. The caller was rude and unprofessional 2 hours after the pizza should have arrived, I would expect some sort of apology. There was no acceptance of responsibility.
