The service was excellent, but when I got to work I realized the staff didn't place my hashbrowns I purchased in my bag, but they put ketchup in there

It's hard to mess up Chick-Fil-a - but this location on York Rd. Was less than average and I've eaten at a lot of Chick-fil-A having lived in Atlanta. The chicken fingers were over cooked and barely warm, clearly had been sitting around. We went through drive through and ordered 2 meals and received no napkins and only one order of fries - less than happy when we chose chick-Fila because we expect it to always be great and this wasn't! A disappointing meal at the end of a long day.
