Got cookies as hard as hockey pucks today, again. It happens often. In the notes I put “soft pls” because my kids are picky. 2 cookies are ranging up to $3-$4. And for this to happen multiple times and I live across the street from the location is beyond annoying. When I called the manager this evening, again, I was hung up on. Worst location I have ever been too.

I mean, it's the only fast food restaurant on this side of the Mississippi that I have been to that deserves 5 stars (I know it is on the West side too).... What can I say? It's Chick-fil-A.
