We used our map app to find a Chick Filet for lunch but found it was in a Richmond hospital. it was a long hilly walk but when we reached our destination, personnel at entrance of hospital wouldn't allow us in for a Chick Filet lunch without an appointment at the hospital. We think Chuck Filet should note its restrictive access so other out of towners don't waste their time walking there & being turned away

Lunch hour, no chicken fillet available, fountain drink out of Pepsi, no sense going to eat here. You just can't be out of food and drink when your business is serving food and drink.

This location should do so much better. The food is fine, however the service (which Chick-fil-A is known for) is bad. It's in a *hospital* and I can't count how many times I've seen cooks not wearing masks over their faces (not safe and against policy). The employees do not seem to either care or know better.Location is certainly in need of re-training
