3 times in a row I’ve asked for grilled nuggets and got normal nuggets. Customer service is trash too..sad

I love Chick-fil-A but this is not a good location. Twice they have forgotten parts of our order and I didn’t notice until I got home. It’s also the only location that refuses to have your mobile order ready if you select in-store pick up. It defeats the purpose completely of having in-store pick up if you’re in a hurry. If you click I’m already here they still refuse to put it together or cook it until you come in and check in with them. Also the fries were completely green last time. I don’t think this place is good as other Chick-fil-A‘s at all
Went through the drive thru and both sandwiches were incorrect! Neither had cheese on them like we asked for and both had pickles on them even though one was ordered without! But you can bet I paid for the cheese on both of them though!
