Mobile order process needs streamlining, placed an order online for pick up thru drive-thru. When I arrived at the window they didnt have my order ready, had to wait 10 min for them to bring my order out. If you place a mobile order, it's supposed to be faster I wanted the option for curbside, but it's not one of the options in the app.

Good food, extremely fast drive through. At ALL Chick-fil-A restaurants, you better have the menu memorized for drive through because you won't see the menu until after you've ordered and are in line to pay.
