First time I've had to give less than 5 to any Chick-fil-A. When I walked in someone yelled out, "Welcome to Chick-fil-A", great! As I approached the line for the register there was 1 person in front ordering with (3) other available registers + 7 employees standing behind the register area + 1 Mgr and possibly an assistant Mgr.. The person in front of me started asking lots of questions about menu items & instead of another cashier taking my order or at least someone saying "ma'am we'll be right with you", I was kept waiting. In fact, the Mgr. began asking "who wants to clean the lobby" and "who's going to restock condiments" rather than have one of them take my order. Not good! PRO: Food was hot & fresh. CON: Order time not up to par
