Grilled chicken was not fresh; cold and dry served on a stale bun. Waffle fries were mostly tiny bits. Definitely not up to Chick-Fil-A standards

Let the grumbling begin. It seems others aren't happy here, and I'm sorry they had less than exemplary service. This won't be my favorite Chick-fil-A, but it serves an important service. I always get the munchies before or after a flight. It's probably a coping mechanism, as I am a bit nervous about flying. There nuggets or chocolate shakes, do calm the savage beast, before going high up in the sky. Each time here it's been busy. All of their locations are, but this more so, as it's in the airport. Yet with that, I tip my hat to the employees. They do the best they can, and each order has been correct. I've had their deluxe chicken sandwich here, and found it very tasty. Yes I'm a fan of this chain, so take this with a grain of salt. Yet I'm happy it's here at DCA, and am pleased terminal 35X has been upgraded. That's a winning combination!
