This has to be the worst Chick-Fil-A ever. The staff is rude, aloof and oblivious. Nobody knows how to do anything. They obviously don’t do any of the processes corporate provides properly. I appreciate having one in the airport but if it’s going to be this bad, just don’t.One time I came here, the employees were having a full altercation while we waited in line. If you’re thinking about coming here - don’t.

Customer service here is essentially non existent. I am at DCA at least 9 times a month and I have stopped eating here because of the inefficiency and trash customer service these people have. Plenty of other options to get. Avoid this.

Great idea to put a chick fil a on DCA. But not with they run out of nuggets. Nice enough staff, but unfortunate inventory management.
