The quality of the food at this Chick Fil A is usually pretty great. Can get very busy and crazy during peak lunch rush. Be prepared to give yourself more time as food takes longer to be prepared and served at this location as compared to others.

I’m here for 10 days from Dallas Texas. Never have I ever had trouble with Chick-fil-A. Usually every store is consistent in quality and customer service. This location specifically is another ghetto one in Huston location that needs a lot of help. The store was very busy which is fine but if food is moving that fast shouldn’t it be fresh? I had to wait extra long for grilled chicken sandwiches that were cold and tasted like they were sitting out all day. Now I understand a simple request like making fries well done is time consuming but they don’t have to give customers stale soggy old fries. I don’t know if it would be worth my time but I feel like I need to call corporate and tell them chick-fil-A in Houston need major help. I would expect this from Burger King but this is Chick-fil-A not Burger King I’m not paying Burger King prices yet I’m getting Burger King quality service and food
