I ordered a #5 which should come with sausage or bacon egg and cheese, an Arnold Palmer, and an extra chicken breast on the side. My breakfast sandwich had no egg or cheese. I called within 10 min to voice my concern. The gentleman who answered asked for a # from the bag. He then basically told me that I got what the person in the drive thru entered. I explained that what he entered wasn’t what I ordered. He went back and forth with me about it. He acted like I should have just been so k with it. I’m not ok with it. I didn’t get what I ordered or paid for. He didn’t offer me any resolution whatsoever. But he did say he would go talk with the person outside. He could hav...
