This location is one of the only Chick-fil-A's I've ever had back to back issues with service. They often rush your order and forget half of it. Then it's almost impossible to get the rest. This most recent time I ordered ahead in the app for pick up in the inside. We get there, go inside and wait over 20 min for our food. We would have literally saved time going in the drive thru. We even called the "Chick-Fil-A cares"Number and they claimed they would reach out to resolve the inconvenience...still waiting and that was a week ago....
