As unfortunate as this is I'm extremely disappointed with this specific Chick-fil-A location. I came for a simple ice cream cone, but left sad and disappointed because not only did I not get my ice cream cone but I was also lied to by the store manager. I used my Chick-fil-A points to to buy it and then was told that I could not have ice cream, the store manager took my receipt and my information and told me that she would refund my points to my account; unfortunately that didn't happen.
