The food is the same delicious Chick-fil-a food as anywhere else. And I'm glad I've never encountered a bad attitude. They've been nothing but kind and professional. When I spoke to the manager, she was very nice and helpful. The problem is that most of the time when I make a big order at this location, I'm missing one or more items. They get small orders correct. But they stuff those bags to capacity, making it difficult to quickly go through the order to ensure everything is there. I had told them a couple of times that i would yelp them for constantly getting large orders wrong (all that money we pay them for that good food for several people). Last week, I decided it's time to yelp my experiences. I had a big order last week. Despite the fact there was a long line behind me, I checked through all those bags, and surely enough, I caught only one of their mistakes. Missing 12 piece nuggets. Feeling rushed by long line, I drove off, pretty sure I had caught everything. Nope. At work, I discovered we were missing a fruit cup. If I was to say this was the tenth time of this happening, it wouldn't be accurate. This has happened over the years. Stop the staff from filling bags to capacity and have your team pay closer attention. Bag each meal in its own bag. Y'all are expensive and get a lot of customers. So, y'all can afford to use extra bagging to ensure you don't make the mistakes you've commonly made at this location. Just consider that the more people are paying for orders, the more likely they are to receive their orders with missing items. You're profiting off of people's loss - illegally if they choose not to spend the gas to return to get the missing item!
