Chick-fil-A in Houston

Let me just say, wow. I have never experienced anything but great, friendly service at every Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. I get catering 4x a year and frequently visit this location in our golf cart, since we live in Nassau bay. As soon as I walked inside, I hear (who I later find out is the manager) the lady looking on the screen yelling "we need to move it, if we don't move vehicles, we don't make money". I was in complete shock. Not something that needs to be yelled at to employees. I go up and state I'm here to pick up my catering order, it should be ready. My order time was 1230 (had to wait 20 min for it to be ready, ridiculous, it was already paid for. I stated in notes I wanted it ready at 1230, since party started at 1.) since it wasn't ready I asked the young lady at the counter to check to se...

Absolutely the best fast-food chain in America and thank GOD it's still privately held.   The menu options have adjusted with the times, but the #1 reason people eat at this establishment is the service! Point blank; people love to be served at Chick-fil-A and they love the menu options. Not only have they kept up with the times; they've exceeded expectations with lemonade made with Stevia.  Salad options and even a breakfast menu that is agreeable to those with dietary restrictions. I remember when Chick-fil-A opened in Midtown, New York City.  The opposition barked a lot because of Mr. Pruitt's stand against homosexuality.  Well, when Chick-fil-A came to New York, they all fell in line and lines there were wrapped around the block for weeks on end. Lesson learned: Do NOT compromise your morals or your chicken.  This is the number 1 franchise in America for a reason. GOD bless America; and GOD bless Chick-fil-A!
