Worst run franchise of Chick-fil-a I've ever been too. Super slow and poorly managed. Get deferred out of drive-thru line all the time. This visit we've been waiting for over 15 minutes for a small order of all standard items. Have watched 15 cars go through the line while we wait in the parking lot.
