This is the only bad Chick-fil-A I've ever been to in my life, but is it ever bad. I don't like reaching out to corporate about places, but I've contacted them 3 times in the past year over how poorly this particular store operates. I have never once gotten what I ordered when I go there. Even when their dining room was open and work would have team lunches there, I would ALWAYS have to go back up to the counter with something wrong with the order. Now that they are drive-thru only, it's even worse. Today was no exception. Stopped for dinner after work this evening...and the workers seemed to have no idea what the menu had on it. Was told that the Cobb salad didn't come with grilled nuggets and I would have to order those on the side. Then I ordered and large drink and received a medium. I am at the point where I'm willing to drive out of my way to find another Chick-fil-A just to avoid this one since it is clear that it will likely never improve.
