You'll almost always see a long line at the drive up, but that is the fastest moving line in town. The food is always good also. I've never received something I thought had been sitting for a while.

I've eaten at Chick-fil-A thousands of times over the course of years and never have I experienced the customer service I did when we went to this franchise.My husband and I ordered in the drive-thru, my order wasn't cooked thoroughly as a matter of fact we were both not pleased that our sandwiches tasted undercooked and not hot. Also my hashbrowns were room temperature to the touch. I went inside to request that the be remade and I was first approached by the assistant manager who seemed receptive to my concerns and proceeded to comply but coincidentally, the owner/manager Tammy intervened and not only was she defensive but very rude and she begin to insult me and refute my claim about the food so much that her and I began to go back and forth over the counter. It was an embarrassing and very unfortunate situation and I'm actually disappointed in myself that I let her unsettled spirit carry ove...
