If they tell you to do a survey and you will receive a code in 24 hours through your email for a free sandwich. ... Don’t believe them and don’t waste your time completing a survey because these folks are NOT giving out any free sandwiches for taking that survey per receipt. I wasted my time and still looking for a code to come through email now going on 3 weeks. After completing the survey it clearly said thank you and wait 24 hours for a code. I called customer service just because my experience was misleading. I felt they soliciting surveys for good reviews because whose gonna give chick fil a a bad survey... come on... the food is good. But it’s the principle of not receiving what they advised customers. Customer service rep advised me they were aware the codes are not coming as promised but be patient and it still may come ???? But she stated she still will report it again because ppl have been reporting not receiving codes. Ridgeland. Ms was the location I visited but c/s stated on going locations reporting.I’m done looking for a code and a free sandwich at tis point!... I called and felt they should know but apparently they know and not fixing the issue. ... at least not my issue.

My grandchildren love Chick-fil-A, they are happy people that work there and very efficient. It goes very quickly the line. Worth the wait
