Britney is RUDE!!!!!!I would definitely give zero star if I could! Britney is the worst ruddest server ever! My friend fell on the wet floor and hurt his back and his $400 jacket got dirty, and we told Britney and we just want an attitude from her, and she was rude and her attitude was like we deserve it?! Excuse me?! Will never ever come to this store because of this rude server who definitely needs more education IMAO

Restroom entrance floor was mopped without any noticeable sign which caused me fell down in my back badly when I stepped into the men’s restroom. My jacket got the wet dirt from the floor but when we complaint about it with my friend the store manager Britney responded rudely asking if we wanted them to buy a new jacket for us without a proper apology??? Is this the attitude you are showing to your customers??? Super disappointed.
