You guys made a mistake on my drink and instead of giving me another cup with another straw the girl just told me take off your cap and straw and went to just wash the cup and fill it with the new drink. Is that really a customer service?

Yummy crunchy!! I'm a bit of a health nut mostly. One of my FEW fast food choices is Chick-fil-A because it's lots of protein. & I've been a customer for literally decades! This location wins MOST PERFECTLY COOKED BATTER & chicken not overcooked!! All Chick-fil-A's have the same recipe, but their outcome in quantity of batter and crunch & chicken moisture is dramatically different at different locations. I have been to this location a number of times. This location has its spot on!
