This Chick-fil-A location just keeps getting worse and worse every time I visit there. This is my second time coming through the drive-through and they are out of items that I have already pre-ordered and paid for and are asking me to pay an up charge because they don’t have something in stock.on a previous visit I had a mobile order with a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich as a free coupon loaded to my Chick-fil-A card. When I arrive at the restaurant the drive-through lady advised that they do not have spicy chicken sandwiches and I would not be able to order the free deluxe sandwich I had already placed in my order prior to driving there. I asked the associate would I be able to just switch it out for a regular patty since it’s a cheaper patty...
