Placed a mobile order, got in the drive-thru line, worker verified my order. When I got closer to the window I noticed the driver in front of me hand back the bag they were given that looked to be my order. When I arrived at the window I asked if that was my order and the guy truthfully said it was. I asked if I can have my order remade, because we are in a pandemic and I would rather not have food that has been in someone else's possession. I was told they could rebag it but they could not remake it. Below is the Virginia code. The food was returned by the other car and was offered to me for human consumption. Unfortunately, I could not go in the restaurant because I had my pet with me and it's 32 degrees out. They made no attempt to remedy the situation so I called and left a message for the manager...

Chick-fil-A is the best of the drive-thru restaurants in my opinion. They're always fast and courteous, they usually have people outdoors to take your order, because the line usually goes around the building. And yet they're still faster than places that have two cars in line when you get there.Chick-fil-a, whatever you're doing you're doing it right, and keep doing it.
