French fries were cold, we were the second one online through the drive-thru and five cars had passed through us before we finally got our mail. And then one of Chick-fil-A associates came to the car to deliver the mail and said the fries are hot

Tables don't seem cleaned that often with sanitizer,I could see spots. Last time I dined in the cherry coke was nasty but I got something else for free. Service is generally fast and the layout of the place is nice and up to date. Sometimes the fries seem a bit light and not crispy. I also don't like getting ice tea as a reward in my app.
