We had given up on Popeye's... but it appears we are going to have to give up on Chicken Express as well. I realize that good employees are hard to come by, but good grief. I ordered a 3 piece dinner, all thighs and legs. I got 1 leg out of it. I dont eat chicken breasts as they are extremely dry. It was a big waste of money since I split the meal with my husband and had to prepare something else to eat.Tried calling store to get issue resolved, no answer, no voicemail option.

Love the chicken strips. Got a few old ones this last time that were rubbery but over all still good. Plus they have corn nuggets which are awesome

If I could give less than one star I would. We ordered a family order of rolls and they were not cooked right. Ordered chicken strips and the chicken strips were barely breaded. Ordered corn on the cob and I don’t even know how you mess up corn unless it was just sitting for a long time in some kind of warmer, but the corn was so hard it couldn’t even be eaten off of the cob.Anybody can understand may be getting bad quality food once from a fast food place, but multiple occurrences means that there is something wrong. This is the worst chicken express that I’ve ever been to. Never going here again.
