Amazing food and nice staff.

Customer service was great. As for the food, I'd give it a 5-6 out of 10. Chicken sandwich was on point, but the fries and chicken tenders were a bit over cooked or possibly the oil needed to be changed. Not sure if how it's cooked is an option. But all in all I'd give it another shot in the future.

Excited, as usual, to try out a new spot for Friday WFH lunch delivery! (We will definitely stop into the location in person when the opportunity arises so I can give ya'll some thoughts on the ambiance.) Today we ordered the meal that included 8 piece chic'n tenders, small wedges, and 2 biscuits. I was also curious about the crave bites, so we added an order of those. I'll start out with the negative-- curiosity killed those crave bites. The were dry and chewy. I think they were cooked for the same amount of time as the big strips, but since they are so much smaller, they dried out real fast. Those made me sad, but Chic'n Crave redeemed itself with the rest of the meal!! Those big tenders were gorrrrrrrgeoussssss. Huge pieces of real chicken, the perfect amount of breading, and arrived hot and delicious! The fries aren't anything groundbreaking, but they hit the spot and were well seasoned. I didn't get the flaky type of biscuit I was expecting-- these were a bit dense. They made it work, though, with that honey butter. I got this meal to split with my husband but that second biscuit is calling to me from the kitchen as I type... Ok, I'm not going to eat it. I'm going to save it for him. Maybe. Anyway-- the sauces that come with the chicken were brands that I'd never seen before, but they were delicious nonetheless. There are a bunch of sauce options, but we got the honey mustard, ranch, and some hot sauce. Looking forward to our next visit!
