Gave them another chance and they did not have what I ordered, it was my favorite dish and they no longer make it which is sad. They haven't had the luck of being able to remove it from the online menu. I spoke with the restaurant manager who's name is Gustavo and he made it right and offered me other options and also gave acknowledgement to my previous review. The fact that he called and also offered other options was amazing. This is a perfect example of how great customer service can fix any situation. Thank you for the great service

The Lomo Saltado is great. Nice owners, we get take out frequently from here. Sometimes it takes a while for the food to be ready, even after arriving at the correct time. But I was offered a beer and their homemade limoncello while I waited. That’s great customer service!

Overall: Meh. Food is good. Service was sub-par. Been here a few times pre-Covid and it was very good and a fun place to be. This visit in July 2021 was significantly less good. Food was still good, but dining there was super boring compared to the pre 2020 times. I think the most significant area for improvement is with the excitement of the service/bartenders. The bartender at Chifrijo didn't seem excited that we were there. Also, too expensive. Went on a Thursday evening, about 6:30pm, sat at the bar area. Wife and I were the only customers.
