Wow… I think my boyfriend and I have been here less than 20 minutes and I’m completely blown away… and full This food is sensational! As it turns out, the bf went to high school with one of the owners! Shirlington is a tough spot to keep, but I have absolutely no doubt that CHIKO will be here for a very long time! We had the pleasure of eating the cumin lamb stir fry, pork & kimchi potstickers, smashed salmon, and crispy chicken spring rolls. If I had to pick my favorite, I’d be completely torn… everything was delectable! I’m so happy to see a local business spring into action in Arlington; the atmosphere, the food, the employees? 5 big bright stars to CHIKO!
