No wonder this location has 2 stars, ordered from DoorDash and this is the second time I don't get my street corn that I paid extra for!!! Then they leave you on hold when you call to complain about it. BS!!

I placed a curbside order today. My kids like fries so for most of my sides I chose fries. I cannot believe what they served me. The fries seemed like they were 3 days old. Hard, cold, dark and did I mention hard? How could the easiest thing to make be the worst thing I received? I'm offended that they thought it was ok to serve those to me instead of putting them in the trash where they belong!

I come to this Chili's because it's conveniently 5 min away from my house . I love their chicken and there house salad . But I want to say every time I come here the service is terrible.... for example tonight there's a woman name shaela behind the bar . don't know if I spelled it right and by the way she didn't tell me her name someone else did .
