Horrible Service both times I've came to this location. Waiters & Staff have a terrible undertone attitude. Food was cold. Later found out the food had been sitting in the back for 45mins.

The most disrespectful staff I've ever seen. I had to wait 15 min just for them to tell me I couldn't get seated. There was over an hour left till the restaurant closes and they still wouldn't seat me and my party. Another party came after us and got seated with no wait. Very disrespectful. As soon as that was noticed I left the establishment never to return.

I came in and I'm sure they were short staffed like the rest of the US economy and it took a while to be seated as a matter a fact there were 4 different groups waiting and everyone began to get annoyed and I remembered they are probably doing the best they can. Once I was seated the service was amazing they CRUSHED it. Every member of the staff was attentive and polite. Dillon and Richard are people that no matter the surrounding or whats going on can make the best of the situation. Chili's your lucky to have these 2 guys along with the other staff that was on shift today.
