Chili's Grill & Bar in Sugar Land

We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday and Are server was taking are order then mide order she just left to attend the other tables and never came back ! rude never going to that place again and been waiting for hours so just left to eat somewhere else what a shame

Horrible service!! Seemed they had low staff too. We had a party of 15 people and we waited almost an hour for the girl to ask us what we wanted to drink, even though the restaurant in all had like 5 tables besides us. As she was starting to ask one by one, she looked at the door and said hold on Ill be back and she never came back to finish getting our drinks. She went to other tables and was giving them drinks, but never came back to finish our drinks, so we just left. It seemed like she was never going to serve us. Chilis service is getting worse everytime we go there. No more Chilis for us.

They definitely did not have enough waiters and the owner/manager overloaded more customers per waiter ratio. The food was average, but, it took quite a long time to get them. Our waiter was helpful and courteous. However, since he had to serve too many tables, it took us a while to see him or get his attention. Once you got his attention, he was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely not recommend this Chili's Grill & Bar at this Sugar Land location and probably not go back to this one.
