When it comes to customer service, especially on busy days of the year like Father's Day, I'm typically very understanding. However, today the Chili's Grill & Bar showed me a new level of terrible that almost surprised me! Food was wrong, food was not ordered, food was made and blatantly sat/reheated before bringing it out, people didn't get drinks, people got wrong drinks, people's orders were lost...and this was just at MY table. Their response? A free chips and salsa...seriously. That was their "apology" for an almost two hour long chaotic and unenjoyable experience. I would highly recommend NOT partaking in this establishment for your future dining needs...I know I certainly won't be.
