They treat you like a criminal when you go to pick up a to-go order. I assume they have problems with people stealing food but that's not my fault. I would say go anywhere but here and support a local business because they have no customer service skills at all. I've literally been in the place 50 times over and over again you figure facial recognition would come into play. It's like you need a FBI background check to pick up your order.

I was very surprised at how good this was I was expecting your average chillies but this was top notch. I don't know if this is a recent change or if this chillies is just 10 times better.

We love chili's. Not chili's delivery. We spent $100.00 and they didn't care that it was right. To celebrate we order in because of Covid-19. The steak is leather not even near RARE. The corn that should have been street corn that I paid extra for was just the plain old free corn that comes as a free side. Wth? Not ok chili's not ok. And it was awful. Save your cash. This will disappoint. Still can't believe how shitty it is. Smh my advice stick to chick fil a and pizza delivery. They get it right. No excuses no. Shame on you Chili's Grill & Bar
