Update: The people who knew how to run a restaurant have moved on to other places. They haven't gotten an order right in the last three. It would have been really nice if they had actually put the lid on the soup, before bringing our order to the car. Not knowing this, there was Chicken Tortilla soup covering our containers by the time we got home. We're SO done.The food and service at this particular Chili's are exceptional. My favorite new item on their menu is the Chicken & Waffles. Different from any other, the waffle has a crispy sweet coating & their chicken crispers are just the right size to create a perfect bite. Ask for Christie's section, she's the best server ever!!

My wife and I have become fast fans of the Aliso Viejo Town Center Chilis. Great service, friendly staff and quality chefs. The food is always hot with a nice presentation. A shout out to management for recruiting a great team, at a time when it's hard to find people that will work. Keep up the good work!
