Went in on a Sunday afternoon. We noticed there was water dripping from the air vents right onto tables. The air vents were all disgusting and dirty. Borderline moldy. We didn't want anything falling in our food. We left right away. On way out, I looked at the vents I was passing and they were all in the same condition. I hate to think the vents in kitchen are like that too!!

This is the one Chili's that hasn't failed me and my boyfriend for months. We have tried to go to others and typically they are filthy (no exaggeration we went to three back to back and each had multiple empty dirty tables in the bar area) and their service is piss poor. Last night we went around 6pm and got awesome service. We were seated right away, our server was attentive and friendly. Our appetizer came out almost immediately and our food did not follow far behind. I had the mango Chile chicken which was honestly pretty boring. I dumped the salsa from the appetizer on it so it could have some flavor. Other then that our experience was pleasant and since we did the 2 for $25 it was a really great deal that allowed for a full meal and dessert that wasn't a fast food restaurant.
