Came in to order and pickup a Molten Chocolate Cake TO GO. As i sat in the passenger side to eat it ON THE GO, i noticed the chocolate inside the cake was rock hard. Called them up, the nice guy who answerd apologized and offerd me a replacement but i had to go in and pickup. Got me the manager to maybe put the treat on my rewards phone number. Manager was VERY rude saying they dont heat it up unless requested. IM ON THE GO! HOW DO I HEAT IT UP? Plus, the employee never offerd to heat it? He kept blaming it on me, the customer of course, and didnt do anything to make it up. Very poor customer service. I will never...
