I originally rated this location with 5 stars. Today 01/23/2022 I decided to edit my rating from several years ago. This was my 2nd time with a bad experience with take out. Both times food wasn't ready at the time I was told. Both times I was given lots of excuses. 1st time (Nov 2021) was 1.5 hrs after I ordered. Today it was 52 minutes after the order was placed. Which is 32 minutes after the pick up time. Both times there did was cold after driving the 1.9 miles home. On top of that, the eCards that were issued as a bonus for the Chili's gift cards I gave away at Christmas didn't work. Thankfully the manager covered part of that for me. If corporate doesn't honor the cards then the problem is there.
