This is the worst chili's I have been to staff doesn't care cold food over all service is terrible

I have had nothing but bad experiences at this Chili's and I have given it chance after chance. As one of the few swipe-accessible dining locations on campus, it has been seemingly "overwhelmed" numerous times by a large influx of customers. As a result of this, you can now no longer order here in-person using your swipes. You have to use the GET mobile app, which is hardly functional and will make you rip your hair out in frustration. There is also, for some reason, an order limit where you will be unable to get food at all. You can't place an order for later to get around this limit, you actually have to just keep spamming your order into the system until it finally accepts it.
