Chili's Grill & Bar in Schertz

Just edited my review. Ordered takeout, had some simple questions and 1 associate and 1 manager were both difficult over the phone. If your upper ownership is going to partner with Doordash, you better be able to support questions that come with it. If not seek training and learn to help. 5 stars down to 3. I ordered 2 the honey chipotle chicken crispers with Belgium waffles. One was asked to put extra anto-chile ranch dressing and they had no dressing at all on my waffles or chicken and the second order we found a brown with reddish tint hair in this entree. We also ordered the cheese fries and they must of made those first and set under the heat lamp because the cheese was hard and no stringy and all the fries was stuck together. Called to speak with a manager and was told both managers were in the back cooking so was not able to speak to someone about my order when I called. This is an ongoing issue with messed up orders at this location and looking at never returning back. This place can't seem to get their orders right.

Really enjoyed eating here. My service was quick and efficient. The server was on tip of my drink refills and gave me a huge cup for my to-go refill.Had one of the platters with chicken crispers and a half rack of ribs. They were all right but I was having a huge bout of food jealously and wishing that I had ordered the fajitas like the woman at the table next to me because they looked so good!Definitely love the email club membership option to get a free drink. Blackberry Iced Tea is one of my favorite things.
