I went in tonight on 1/29/2022 it was around 8 ; 30 min way so decided to sit at the bar with my girl , bartend came asked us what we wanted so we started with water , he dropped em off while not asking if we needed anything even tho we were willing to order drinks, we understood me myself being a bartender ; watched him bring plates to the back, wash 4 cocktail glasses , then we got drinks , the drinks sat their for 5 minutes because I wanted a straw and he never came by, I cou...

Jeers to Chili's Grill & Bar ... My husband just stepped in to order us dinner) To Go. I was craving a Smothered Smoked Chicken Burrito. So I asked him to order me one with NO PICO. (I'm just not a fan of pico) So, the waitress in the To-Go area told my husband that the burritos are pre-made every morning and that they would not be able to make one with No Pico! Wtf?!! That doesn't make sense to me. How about just making a fresh one??? .. or .. opening a pre-made one up and removing the pico?? I've visited this same Chili's before and the one on Cooper on several occasions and have ordered the same burrito, with the same request, with NO issues before! *sigh*
