The food is hit and miss at times but it's been improving at a blistering rate. If you enjoy Americanized Chinese food, I'd recommend giving it a shot. Peanut butter or pepper chicken are at the top of my recommendation list.

I'm new to the area and will be soon working right next door to China buffet... we decided to stop in and check it out since we're pretty big fans of Chinese food. The waitress that seated us seemed like she just hated her job and was pretty rude in general. The food was underwhelming to say the least. The food was cold, someone else must've complained because when we went to see what else they had put out, all of the sauces were boiling. Probably will not be back. UPDATE: we've ordered a handful of times for takeout, the food is much better than the buffet but the service is still awful. Anytime I call I end up talking to three different people before a guy comes on and is so rude. He doesn't tell you how long it'll be and then hangs up.
