I tried China Kitchen for the first time in April 30. I called in my order for a lunch special -- cashew chicken, which I asked to be made medium spicy. Lunch entrees also come with a choice of steamed rice or chicken fried rice, and a choice of an egg roll or crab rangoon. I chose the steamed rice and a veggie egg roll. I was told my order would be ready for pickup in 10 minutes, and sure enough, when I arrived it was ready to go. The man and woman I met were very friendly. As I paid, the man who took my order walked over and handed me a small container of chili pepper spice blend, just in case my food wasn't spicy enough. I'm aw...
