I really used to enjoy the food here but recently when I went to order I asked for the " beef pepper steak" that is plainly listed on the menu, I was told that they don't make it anymore. I feel like they just didn't want to deal with me.

Me and my dad ate here at the China Max in the Ashland Mall in Ashland Kentucky clearly there was a sign that said free refills but they did not want to give the refills the food tasted spoiled they overcharged me and him both the workers were very rude it was $14 for four cream cheese wontons and noodles and fried rice and a small amount of noodles I do not recommend going here to eat they will overcharge you they will not give you refills when they clearly says refills. The general sos chicken was nothing but fat. There was food laying on the floor they did not clean it up they use the same rag that they wiped the garbage can down to wipe the counters down you know that's very unsanitary. It is so nasty there I would not even feed it to my dogs.
