First and last visit to a chipotle. 3 tacos stuffed into tin foil. Looked like a burrito and I thought I got the wrong order. Steak on taco tasted like it was just removed from refrigerator. Very cold and tough. Nothing was warm. Guacamole tasted like someone poured a container of salt into it. The chips were also super salty and tasted funny. They tasted so bad that my dog wouldn’t eat them and my dog will eat anything. Think I’ll stick with Taco Bell from now on. At least Taco Bell’s food is hot.

Food was actually hot and tasted so fresh. Staff was prompt with service. Chicken was easy to eat not hard or chewy. Clean seating area and bathroom were clean as well.

I mean what do you expect from a bunch of grown adults who can’t even make food correctly? The food is always cold or not cooked enough, the service is beyond horrible with the snot nose teenagers and adults who act like children, no wonder they’re all working at chipotle no where else would hire them with their lack of communication and customer service skills. I just hope every employee there knows how little their value on this world truly is, because I mean god damn… can’t even work minimum wage correctly?
