I just spent an hour getting the run around on your contact support for an incorrect & missing items website pickup order at the Medina Rd Akron Ohio 44333 location. Now my incorrect meal is ice cold & I'm angry, I will be calling the location manager tomorrow. Everyone of us was missing something for our meal & I was given a different salsa than I ordered & upcharged for things missing on mine. Most frustrating ridiculous Chipotle experience ever.

Mobile order:Ordered kids meal and burrito bowl. Kids meal was missing chips & milk. burrito bowl was poorly packed with foil instead of lid.
