Chipotle Mexican Grill in Richmond

Horrible customer service, with people answering rudely and then not getting your orders right. Just plain bad.

So this location only accepts online orders. Seriously? If you want to be closed for dining that's fine. But imagine a FAST FOOD restaurant that you can't walk up to and order food to go!! Just say you don't want my business. Their voicemail doesn't say anything about this. What kind of fast food restaurant only accepts online orders!?! And then the staff was absurdly rude about it. There were 4 people working there literally standing around doing absolutely nothing and they literally didn't want our business. Avoid this location at all costs. There are too many great places out there that really want your business to give it to these people. There's a reason this location only has 2 stars. Go down the street to El Caporal if you want better Tex Mex for the sam price or next door to MOD if you're just looking for a good quick bite quickly.

September 17, 2019 I had the most humiliating experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill 8675 Quioccasin Road Richmond, VA 23229 804.750.2050 I ordered my burrito bowl to go per usual and by time I got home the bottom of the bag was soaked (I assume because of the salsas) BUT at the time I had no idea so I picked the bag up from the top (normally) as I exited my vehicle my bowl fell completely through the bottom of the bag & onto the parking lot splattering all the contents. I decided to drive all the way back to Chipotle, receipt in hand (I even took a picture of the food on the ground for proof) asked to speak to the manager to see if they would honor and make me another bowl. After stating they (he never told me his name, I got Pedro/or Orlando from the other employees) were "busy" and to "wait" (which I waited patiently for nearly 30 minutes before one of the line employees went to question Pedro/Orlando about me waiting so...
