This Chipotle's usually a solid 3 star or below. It will never exceed a 3. You're lucky if the guac is green. They're really stingy with the toppings, particularly the meat. I come here out of convenience, but it's a constant let down that's only getting worse. The only positives are that my order is usually right? There was some sour cream mixed into my bowl today and I didn't order sour cream, so I'm not sure how they handle cross contamination here (if you have allergies). The employees can be slow, but they're always nice in my experience, so I wouldn't say the rating is a reflection on them.

My friend nacho ordered a bowl and only got less than half of his bowl filled with food. They straight worked him for his food. Go next door to Panda Express, much better portions and service.

Today only, buy one and get on free. I love Chipotle Mexican Grill, they are healthy and tasty. We jumped on this special promotion and went to the Santa Anita mall location to get our Chipotle bowls.The service was very good and fast. The portions were very generous. But the taste was a bit off. Unlike other locations, the salsa sauce was very salty resulted in unbalanced seasoning for the whole bowl.I think the problem is only associated with this location. Other locations where I had either burritos or bowl, they all tasted fantastic.
