I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time has been extremely underwhelming. Most of the time there’s not many ingredients to add to your meal, the metal tins are always empty. The rice is almost always undercooked. Not to mention how unfriendly and unwelcoming the staff is. Very poor customer service. You won’t be receiving any greetings or farewells at this location, not even a “Have a nice day too!”.

Amazed that when you pay extra for salsa or guacamole that they can't even fill the cup, even after I questioned it — checked in to Chipotle Mexican Grill (Shoreview, MN).
