The absolute worst Chipotle i have been to. Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered at a Chipotle Mexican Grill EVER!!!! The Chipotle on route 17 in East Rutherford is far superior. East Rutherford is five stars. This horrible location is one! East Rutherford understand A fast casual restaurant is supposed to be fast. I guess they didn't get the memo at the Secaucus location. It wasn't even busy. I dread to ever go here when it's busy. The service would've been worse. There were three or four people behind the counter. The first person behind the counter takes my bowl order. Then passes it to the protein person. Then the person in the next section leaves. Now four orders back up. Because the person leaves the line. Now I'm waiting for five minutes to get salsa on my bowl. You would think somebody would have jumped in. NOPE! Then just to add insult to the horrible service. The person at the register walks away. Yep! Made to wait again. Another few minutes. Then they had no smoked Chipotle tabasco pepper sauce.
